QVC .Com Not Available ??

I've been trying to pay a couple of my easy pays early over the last few days. All I keep getting is that QVC.com is not available. I even tried on my phone and the same thing comes up. Thinking maybe it was my browser or computer. I don't get it, I'm on the boards and the website to make purchases. How come its down for payments?

Have you called CS? I tried to order some things a day or two ago and got the same message. Can play on here and look at everything else, but couldn't check status or order.

They aren't keeping up to date on the status of purchases either. Have 3 things I have been waiting for since 12/23........not any status at all......and they don't know where my package is.......They say it has shipped, but that is all. The status area is blank...... Hope they haven't lost my order. Estimated date of delivery is 1/6.....so if I don't have it by then, they will definitely be hearing from me.

I did order one of those Halo phone chargers for my sister yesterday, so hopefully they will get that to her. This is supposed to be a happy day gift from me.

I'm not having any problem seeing order status, etc. However, on the items that are shipped via USPS, I rarely see much in the way of accurate status information.
