there is a HUGE comcast problem in the northeast and in several other areas. many businesses do not have services right now. in the baltimore area our business phones are all down. perhaps QVC uses comcast for their business and internet services?

 

i cannot even get through easily to comcast customer service. the lines are quite busy with up to a 1/2 wait. i checked on downdetector.com and istheservicedown.com.
