Q isnt offering many Easy Pays

Not many things with Easy Pay option right now and that is the only reason I shop QVC now after so many disappointing purchases & returns.

If they are trying to force us into signing up for Q card it's not working for me

Hi there glamama...long time no see. I have rarely used easy pay...do not like those forgotten charges...but you may be correct in your observation they may want one to take out a Q-card.

No easy pay on IM today either - I'm surprised.

Well, not really.

Re: Q isnt offering many Easy Pays

They pumped out so many easy pays at Christmas they pulled it back. They carry all those balances. I would imagine being a bank is not in their business structure Smiley Wink

@gabstoomuchMaybe - although there were many, many, many EZPays for the first few weeks after Christmas.

I know because I'd had one of those EZPay offers that came in my email that I could use in Dec or Jan, and I never needed to use it because there had been so many emails.

If you have had "so many disappointing purchases & returns," why would you want to make more?  Does spreading out the purchase price on easy pay somehow make things less disappointing or make you less likely to return something unsatisfactory?

Re: Q isnt offering many Easy Pays

there seemed to be so many easy pay days during november and december so it isnt a big surprise that they may be cutting back this month.

i have a Q card so i know that the three easy payments on every item is always available to me. they are probably trying to push people to get the Q card.

I think they have cut down on the easy pay because they want you to use your Q card. On the Q card you get 3 easy pay on every purchase I believe.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Re: Q isnt offering many Easy Pays

The Q has never had a lot of ez pays.  I remember when I started watching afew years ago ez pays were few and far between except for Dooneys, they always seem to have ez pays.  I remember looking forward to ez pay days.  Then I discovered other sites that have ez pays all the time withou a card.  It's  niice to have that option if you want ez pays.

I called about that...how can I use my EP on request when everything is already on EP?  IIRC I was told as long as something is $50, even if it's on 3 EP you can use your 5 EP on request.

Call them yourself if you plan to do that, in case I'm not remembering correctly.
