OSHA didn't give a rip about the flip flops we all wore (including the boss) at an ad agency I worked for.

Nope they don't.  We were tough crowd, whom clients hired to defend audits from the feds, and we beat our owner to a standstill on this.

 

Then he wanted a dress code and we insisted on an employee committee.....  Loved the guy.  One peep out of him and we would flash our billable hours.
