Puppy decision

Need opinions. Have the opportunity to get another dog. A friend's mother has a shih tzu that will be having puppies next month. She is giving these puppies away and has offered me one. I already have two dogs a Shih tzu/poodle mix and a Chihahua mix. Not sure if I want a third dog, however I really would love a puppy.
