Has anyone tasted the pumpkin spice frosty at Wendy's? I am not even a pumpkin spice lover. My husband got one and I got an iced coffee. I took almost all of the frosty. It is so delicious! I was really amazed how good it was. Can't wait to get another one before they are gone.

@Renata22 I agree with you! Had a small one the other day and thought it was delicious, but I am a pumpkin spice lover of most things.

That sounds good. Have to run errands tomorrow afternoon and will try one.

So gross
I saw a FlavCity short video that said a large Dunkin' Swirl Iced Coffee has 185 g of sugar

Wow, way to rain on OP's parade! I'm one who generally avoids this kind of thing for precisely the reason you point out, but I wouldn't post it here. Some folks are just not concerned about sugar, fat, etc. and that's their right. And some might generally eat very healthy and then splurge on an occasional treat.

All that sugar and fat is what makes it taste so good. It's only available for a short time.
So enjoy. You only live once...die happy. (my motto)

@shoesnbags You're right, many people aren't concerned. But I am, and I would be remiss I'd I didn't say something. People can do what they want but eventually there are consequences. Our society is laden with diseases that could be significantly reduced if people only paid attention to what they're doing to their bodies via the consumption of sugar. Sugar feeds cells, including the bad ones. With the increase of sugar consumption there's also a rise in assorted diseases - dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, heart disease, etc.

@JeanLouiseFinch So you feel it is your responsibility to tell other people what is bad for them and what they shouldn't eat. I think people know all this but choose to eat as they please. Not everyone is stupid.

No. As I stated, people can eat what they want. I'm just adding another viewpoint. After all, these threads are conversations, aren't they, @proudlyfromNJ ? Furthermore, I think most people here, especially in the kitchen and recipe forums, know that I follow a keto lifestyle. That hasn't stopped some folks from saying what a terrible diet it is. Why is their opinion valid and mine not? You don't have to answer. It's just something to consider.
