Psych Spoiler Wanted!

HELP!!! I apparently fell asleep right before the end of this week's season finale of Psych. I just read that there was a big cliffhanger - would you please tell me what it was? Also, did they say why Gus was on a sugar binge this week? Love this show - it just makes giggle, which is a very good thing. Thanks so much for your help and I apologize for the small print as I'm writing from my iPhone.
