Protect 401k emails

I keep getting emails warning that I need to protect my 401k. I don't read them, just delete. Are you getting them too? Do you read them and should I?

If it's not coming from your plan sponsor/administrator,  it's spam trying to sell you financial products and services.

 

If you have concerns about your 401k balance, contact your employer and/plan administrator.
