Did anyone watch Rachel Maddow yesterday? She interviewed the Ugandan leader who is the author of the bill that has caused international outcry in terms of civil rights.

I found the interview to be chilling.

At the same time, I was reminded again of why I like Rachel, even while I only agree with half of what she says. She is so respectful of her guests, even when they must be personally offending her, she maintains her cool and calm. So classy.

Anyone who cares to view the interview:

I expect this will be poofed, but I don't think this is a matter of politics or religious beliefs, but of human rights. I would think that regardless of personal beliefs, everyone would be able to see how this type of law is detrimental to human rights in the 21st century.
