Re: Project Runway 9/4/14 --spoiler

I liked Fade; he is a gentle soul. However, it seemed like he used the same color scheme in every challenge; am I wrong? He had a mini breakdown yesterday. I could see that this was just too much for him.

I couldn't imagine wearing a totally vinyl dress like Kine's. It was a neat design, but I would be sweating to death in it. Sean's dress was very simple, but with such an unexpected twist. I am so over Sandhya. Her dress reminded me of a clown.

I am glad Kini was included in the win last night, it's about time.

The other thing about Sean's dress (that the judges did not comment on) was that the skirt looked like a parasol, which added to the relevance of the challenge.

Once again Alexander was fan favorite. Why????? What am I missing about this (apparent) personality magnet?

I did not get Fade's atheist t-shirt. Would it be appropriate for a designer to wear on camera a t-shirt with his/her religion?

I'm glad Kinni won too. Sean had a gimmick - a disposable dress you wear once. And wear again if you want that runny dye look.

No one would actually wear the umbrella dress either.

Both dresses could be re-done for actual wear, though.

Yes both dresses are not for everyday but the dye dripping is the clincher. The hot sticky umbrella dress may be made in a different fabric and less umbrella for casual wear {#emotions_dlg.lol} but the dye needs to have dye dripping, no? Otherwise it is a white dress.

No, it would be a white dress with the colors after they had "dripped". A very pretty summer dress.

And really, there would be nothing wrong with just a white dress.

It was a pretty design.

I know!! He is about as vanilla as they come. Must have a bunch of pals twitter voting or something.

I'm not going to miss Fade at all.
