You wear great make up and clothes.  And great earrings.  Please take those white things.  off your ears. Not attractive

They're some type of ear bud. They need them to hear the host.

Everybody wears them nowdays.

All news channels have them. Must be a new improved ear product

They are Apple Air Pods--the wireless form of regular headsets from Apple. They likely connect to a phone, or computer.  It is the best way to have a low profile way to hear the discussion.  If they used like the speaker in the computer, the sound quality might not be as good.
