Processing time for orders-

How long is QVC's processing time? I ordered something I need for christmas and it still hasn't shipped. It has been proccessing for over a day and a half. Normally i wouldn't care but with christmas coming i really am getting concerned. Has any one else had a slow processing time. I'm wondering if maybe I should look elsewhere just to make sure I have it on time, I only ordered it because of the promise to have it here.
