Problem with website

I am having a problem with the QVC website. First when you open the page the items recently on air at the top has disappeared. Second I can not get the Live Chat to open up to use. Somehow the page is different. Anyone know what I can do?

I'm having issues too, keep having to sign in over and over and the Live chat wasn't working for me either..geez--always something with this website!!! that was all yesterday--haven't tried today!
