And the vast majority of posters on ebay's forums agree with me. 

 

If you go to your credit card company FIRST and the decline the dispute, ebay and PayPal will not let you dispute. 

 

If you use ebay first, you still have PayPal and your credit card company to try. 

 

If you use PayPal first, ebay won't let you dispute.

 

I've used ebay's Money Back Guarantee a few times and never had to wait weeks.

Thanks, everyone! I got an email last night saying I was going to receive a refund. Today I checked my cc and refund is there! Thought this process would be longer and more complicated. So glad it wasn’t! I appreciate all the responses here. You all eased my mind! 😊
