Problem Checking Out Of Cart

Is anyone having issues checking out of your cart?  I  for some reason can't check out on my laptop.  I have tried different browsers and still having issues.

Yes, I had trouble on Sunday. Fortunately, I resubmitted the order, and it went through the second time.
