He is sooooo much a typical British little boy. The outfit - the haircut - the hamming it up for the camera. And,yes, some day he will be the king.

I would have preferred a photo that Kate took.  I love the ones she takes of her family, and in this photo George looks like he is squinting (perhaps due to the sun) so I'm not loving not seeing all of his eyes. 

@qualitygal   I can't believe he is five yrs. old already either!  I always remember the day of his birth.  Kate was in labor and I was watching the TV set, anxious for the child to be born and learn its gender.   But it was dragging on and I remember being ticked off that I had to leave to go to get some X-rays taken (I had an appointment) and missed the birth and big announcement.
