Gotta love the reference to "family business"  H&M have certainly found a way to make the family business profitable for themselves.  Can't stand all that working royal stuff especially when not getting paid for appearances,and the stuffy protocol of walking behind and not upfront,  but turn their titles into tell-alls or merchandise - now that's the ticket to ride.

They are high-profile people.  No matter WHAT they do, some will say they're using previous activity to profit. 

If Andrew and Fergie or Will and Kate decided to step away to start new lives, there's no way they can start over with a clean slate and anonymity.  They are who they are. 

Now there's talk about Beatrice and Eugenie having their titles "stripped".  Good thing they both have rich husbands, because what could they do?  Work as sales clerks?

Oh I don't know - take some jam, repackage it and sell it.  Sell wickless candles.  Maybe they could beat Meghan to the cosmetics punch.  Or maybe they could write a tell-all about H&M.

Imagine that and nobody made a big deal about either of them deciding not to work for the family business. Wonder why? Or Anne's kids for that matter. They all do just what they want. But Harry and Meghan are different. I wonder how? It's a mystery.

Prob because Harry acts like an entitled brat. No wonder King Charles stopped taking his calls. If my child was a spoiled brat like H and only called to curse me demanding money and more money I wouldn't take his calls either. I think KC is just an ATM to Harry.

Ridiculous. They make their own money and plenty of it. They don't call anybody begging for money. Harry does, howeve,r have a right to want his family protected from the death threats, much of it racial in nature, he has received. And since his wonderful and loving father, can't find his way to grant that, Harry's family stays home. That's okay. Sometimes it's important to clear the toxic presence in your life. For both sides. Nobody on this side of the pond is looking worse for it.

@Lakelife62  it's funny I don't hear all the rumors in the realworld  outside this forum about H&M.   There are little things, but the hatred is a cult.  They might  follow the same rags and info maybe. I don't get out and around like I used to, but I still visit with large groups. And I am pretty connected.  Never once has gossip about these two come up. That's why I think it's a cult like following. They can do what they like. Everyone does it, I know I can.  I may look for info on subjects that interest me as well  such is life

@Tinkrbl44 - King Charles has said both of the princesses would keep their titles. 

And, as @Linmo said, they both have careers.

I don't think Willam is in favor of taking their titles either. He seems to be close to his cousins JMO of course.

I believe Charles is looking to find a place for them, away from those so called  no titled sub-humans.
