Chico's has had this policy for EONS!

 

I haven't shopped there in 20 years, but used to buy a lot.  This was their policy and they stuck to it.

  And You're out of luck if You notice the price drop at Midnight, 
call the next morning and it sold out over night.  That happened to Me recently.

I recently got a discount on a TSV one week later it was down $6.  Must have had a lot of calls because it was raised back up, but the did give me the credit.
