I asked customer service if they would do a price adjustment on a pair of denim and Co jeans, that went of sale, and that I have not even received yet, and they send no because my size was sold out. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Is this the new QVC?

Yes, that is correct.  The fashion item has to be available at the time you ask in the same size and color that you bought.  It has been this way for a while.

@GAC65. Can't figure out how that has anything to do with what someone paid, but, yes, that's been the policy for the past year or so.

GAC65, it would have been a smart move on QVC part to give you the difference.

Totally agree with you!  They need to keep loyal customers.

Email the social team with all the information and hopefully they can help you. If it has not shipped yet, they may have you wait until it does.

They've helped me with 2 prices adjustments recently and are the best at handling CS issues. Thank you social team for all you do!!!!

@GAC65 - Yes, that is the policy and has been for some time now.

BUT keep an eye on inventory.  If your size and color comes back into stock, request the price adjustment immediately.

@GAC65  I know this is a policy they follow but it makes absolutely no sense..Wouldn't it be better to give the customer the adjustment than to loose business. I would try emailing [email protected] and see if you get a different result.
