You can add Sketchers to that list....their shoes have no support at all.....I no longer buy ANY shoes from QVC...Clarks was the last draw for me....tired of returns no matter what the brand....funny how they fit fine and were made well in past years........
And @I am appleblossom you are right their presentatins seem to be mostly sales gimmicks and what colors the product comes in...little else... They seem to sometimes leave out important details.......For example, on a cordless vaccum they only told how many minutes it would run on low power which was 20, but they failed to mention on high power you are lucky to get 7 to 10 minutes.......QVC USED TO give detailed product information...not anymore....and some of the hosts turn it into their personal talk show...

@GCR18wrote:The clarks had little arch support. They were showing you could take out the foodbed and put your own orthotic in.
For that price even without putting in your own orthotic it shouldve had some support.....Ive had shoes from Target at half that price that had more...........

The Q used to really stand behind their products and sold quality.
Now, not so much.
I must say though that I am a clark's lover. I have no arch and even though vionics are cute they are torture on my feet.

@grandma rwrote:I did buy the shoes. About half a size too big and gap on the sides. A smaller size is sold out and I refuse to pay to return something that was misrepresented during several presentations!!!
I took the footbed out of a pair of Vionics and added to the Clark's. The fit is snugger, however, the sides still gap. I will use them as everyday shoes and outside/yard shoes.
@grandma r. Watch carefully during presentations. I could see those shoes gap as the models walked in them. Since my foot is on the narrow side of medium, I knew they'd gap on me too.

@LindaSalwrote:They do tend to make everything sound glorious don't they? My husband will watch something for a few minutes when passing through the room and he'll say that is total junk and he moves on......LOL
@LindaSal...hahaha! My husband will sit and watch with me and say, “drink the kool-aid!”, as I sit there & click the speed-buy button (only for my most loved, trusted brands).
