Is anyone else experiencing this problem.  I just received a TSV from Clarks and a gardening tool that are going back.  The shoes were presented as wonderful etc and received them and there is arch support in them, and the gardening tool which was a gift has a one-star rating and I would not give it as a gift.  It seems that trust and truth are lacking in thses presentations by the vendors and hosts.  I  need to think hard before I buy anything from this TV network.

@I am appleblossom  I have been receiving defective items or items that seem quite different than shown in the presentations.  Returning too much so I need to shop less.

I think most Clarks shoes do not have arch support, you need to buy Earth Brand for good arch support. IMO most of the garden tools the Q sell is junk, not all though. You also, really need to check the reviews first if there are any before you order, I got burned so many times on TSV and new  items.

The clarks had little arch support.  They were showing you could take out the foodbed and put your own orthotic in.

I think the whole company has a problem with truth and honesty.  Corporate ethics are sadly lacking.  The sell merchandise they know is flawed (beware of TSVs).  Look at all the people who are routinely charged for shipping, although they paid for their own shipping at the post office.

@blackhole99  Not ordering any more shoes! Don’t trust the reviews....some given before shoes worn more than a few times.

They do tend to make everything sound glorious don't they?    My husband will watch something for a few minutes when passing through the room and he'll say that is total junk and he moves on......LOL

@Shanus  That is too funny because he says that sometimes too!   I guess they are both right !  LOL

I did buy the shoes.  About half a size too big and gap on the sides.  A smaller size is sold out and I refuse to pay to return something that was misrepresented during several presentations!!!

I took the footbed out of a pair of Vionics and added to the Clark's.  The fit is snugger, however, the sides still gap.  I will use them as everyday shoes and outside/yard shoes.
