@loveschocolate : Thank you for the belated Happy Birthday, still celebrating today. Tomorrow will start eating better, getting up more and some exercise.
Cardiologist suggested meal delivery: Moms Meals. It is the cheapest, selection of heart healthy that is also lower sodium. Calories 450 to 700 but high carbs. Most options include meat, veggies and rice: considering this wondering if will lose some weight? To reduce cost will order just lunch and dinner and about $72 per week. Hopefully that I will be able to prepare a simple breakfast like oatmeal, yogurt and protein drink? What do y'all think. It has been very expensive ordering with Grub Hub and Uber Eats.So many changes and decisions.

@SouthernBee , I think that $72.00/week is reasonable in our current economy and you have great ideas for breakfast! I dread going to the grocery store anymore. It's downright depressing. 😞

@loveschocolate : Thank you. Totally agree and understand. Every time that I place order :something has increased in price. I am really concerned for families on limited income. So many churches in our area no longer have food pantries , energy assistance or rent assistance. Our church membership is older but we send contributions to the local food bank.

@SouthernBee, So glad you had such a Happy Birthday! It sounds like everyone really made the effort to make you happy.
Glad you had two successful initial appointments with two different health care providers. It sounds like you got good advice from your ortho appointment, Your cardiac appointment sure sounds promising, and I was sure there would be more tests. Try not to worry about them.
Happy that the ortho person prescribed Tylenol for pain. So many people take other over-the-counter pain killers on the market for pain, overdo it, and wind up with organ damage.
Keep it up, and please let us know of your progress!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO @cowboy sam !
Sorry to miss your big day, but it sounds like you had a very good day! New shoes and all! I bet they feel good on your feet. Gee, you have a dainty size 6. And all that healthy water stuff, then two new shirts, and yummy burgers and stuff!
You deserve it all! Happy for your wonderful day!
Lub ya!

@PamfromCT : Thank you. The pain medication is Tylenol 3 with cocaine - trying to just take at night as needed. I have so many things that I can't take because of my tummy issues . Also concern about organ damage but need something. Praying that the second epidural will make a difference.

@SouthernBee, That meal plan sounds good. Maybe a bottled protein drink would be good for you for breakfast, with coffee or tea.
Remember to stay well-hydrated. My new cardiologist spoke to DH and me about staying well-hydrated. Said of us fail to drink enough water, and it is really important to do so.
Look up how much you should be drinking. I did for me, and I was not drinking nearly enough. Yes, more trips to the bathroom, but you feel much less hungry,
Love ya!

@SouthernBee @I would not worry about organ damage with what you have been prescribed.
There are folks out there dosing themselves up with a lot of
ibuprofen stuff, many at a time, for pain. Those are the people who should worry, not you.

@loveschocolate, Sorry to butt in here, but I would start with his family doctor. He may not be happy, but it is for his own good.
Been there, and had to push for medical advice with my late little mom. You may not be popular for a while, but it is for the best.

@PamfromCT : Thank you. Totally agree. Trying to find protein drink that is healthier and no after taste, need to purchase hopefully one bottle to try. Yes, well hydrated and need to increase my amount. Friend gifted me a 40 ounce bottle without handle but too big for my small hands . ❤❤❤
