I've had some bad sinus headaches the last few days so my mind isn't functioning well.  Guess I'd better stay off the internet for a while.

You take care and try to keep cool too!  I understand about the a/c.  I think that's been part of my sinus problems the last several very hot days--it's an extreme change going in and out of the a/c.  But at 105 I'm afraid I need it or I'd be a lot worse off.🥵

@dooBdoo @cowboy sam @SouthernBee @geezerette @Yahooey @loveschocolate @MyShadowLove  I'm good! Sorry I've been offline. I had my angiogram Wednesday. It went fine. I'm tired but fine. I have a follow up appt with my neurosurgeon next Thursday to decide how to fix it.  💜

dear preds and friends

Before dark last night it was 99 degress my computer showed!

Last nite i took 2 Tylenal 8hour arthritis caplets a hour before i went to bed...and only got up once,no leg/frrt pain...and had a good nites sleep!

I walked a big block around 8am this morning..it was in 70's and humid...but i after i got home..i got my purse and cell phone  and walked to grocery store to buy frozen food items.

I then walked back home..and put food in both my freezers  but i was tired out and by then in mid 70's. But walking was good for me...the heat/humidty  not so much  lol!

Those wondering about @Mj12   she told us  that tests  they found a very tiny blood clot in her brain...that is why isent her prayers  and 🤗.

Stay cool as possible...we have a chance of showers late afternoon today!

that would be hard to butter and flour without the nonstick spray

i'm not going to buy the spray as it worked last time -

a little exercise also good

maybe early morning or late evening - temps are better??

food packed in both freezers is EXCELLANT

I bought 2 packs of chicken thighs just now

on sale for 99/ lb - froze 1 and 1 in fridge

there is NO room in freezer - maybe i will just have to eat the ice cream
