dear friends wanted to share update on my son.

He saw doctor again yesterday  as he had to go off his chemo pills  for 2d time because of a rash.

Dr. told him some patients do get a rash,  or some don't!

Curt told dr. while off meds again last week he could feel his lymph nodes start to swell a bit again  and asked to be put back on his chemo pills again and try  over the counter allergy pills and something to put on the rash  to see if it would help! So they will wait and see if it helps or not.

Dr. agreed to let him  and  told him that  his bloods cells haven't changed...the same...not better nor worse and dr told him the pills are working as he has a  rash!

He will have another dr. appointment and another CT scan befor end of the month.

At 8pm it was dark while walking with neighbor

and it is taking longer for it to be bright outside

since zoe and me are up before the roosters

sometimes we go out to the yard 545 and it was bright

now i tell zoe - NO it is dark outt there - we gotta wait

OMG - my heart is still thumping

i was exploring my farm (what constitues a farm?)

anyway....  for months my lemon tree had parts of its leaves missing that i swore were whole when i recieved it

i chalked it up to shipping - jostling - maybe it always had a chunk missing

then new leaves sprouted so i knew it had all its parts

again... chomps... i looked for insects nada... 

it wasn't holes in the middle of the leaves - which i have seen on other veggies

it was around the edges and i check periodically but cant find insects

TODAY.... i saw a large green leaf with LEGS

it was perched on my raspberry (the leaves were all fine)

i LOOKED again... it wasn't moving.... but it had LEGS

long multiple legs... EWWW

i grabbed my bottle of diluted vinegar and spray and spray

it moved slowly

i went and grabbe a pair of shears

WHERE DID IT GO?

i coulnt find it - it was no longer there

i used the shears to poke around the leaves

over and under and nothing

it creeped me out that i know it is there since probably woozy from the vinegar

and there it was - it climbed higher on the branch

i snipped the body in the middle

the wings were off but still moving on the ground

i figure it would just let it die and i grab a bottle of water to rinse the raspberry leaves off from the vinegar

it was GONE again .... no longer on the pavers

how far can it travel

i found it and sprayed with water - but it was still moving slowly

i'm getting the willies as i'm typing this

it was long - maybe 2.5-3 inches bc the wings were long

long freaky legs - it is the legs that get me

i wonder if all this time i was looking at the lemon leaves and it was always there

EWWW!!!!!
