@Yahooey , soon....if I remember 😝. My internet was down all day and I had to drive an hour away to stock up on some things. That's why I wasn't here earlier.

Hi @Yahooey!

Hi Lovelies!

Good things have happened in my life - GS graduated from 8th grade, GD has a nice dancing recital, DD hosted a great FD’s party for family, my uncle doing well and happy in assisted living, etc.

As some may remember, I did seek treatment bronchitis a while ago.  That went ok.  However, the radiologist who took my chest x-ray noted a possible situation with my heart.  My cardiologist could not access the X-ray  ecause of different hospital systems - cray cray!  Anyway, he kind of blew it off, and my PCP seems to think I am ok when looking at a chest X-ray done a half a year ago.

What to do?  Seeing my DF died of a heart attack at 64 and my DM had a heart issue she was born with, I decided to pursue this.  I guess maybe I am cray cray, but I really need to know if all is well.  If not, FIX IT.

So I am scheduled to go into the hospital In early July for an angiogram test.  Nervous?  Yup.  I know so many deal with so much more every day, so why should I wine?  I will be 78 In August.  Mentally, still a kiddo I guess.

I pop in and out on the main forum, and I apologize for being such a drag here.  Love you all!

@PamfromCT , you are never a drag! ❤️

Good afternoon Preds and friends! I took a "little" break from the boards and I did read far enough back to hear about @dooBdoo . Prayers sent up my friend. ❤️

I hope everyone else is well. I still need to read through February and March. I have really missed you all!

@Bri369 , I'm well. I went to Ohio for the first week of May because my DD graduated with her doctorate degree. She starts her residency in July. While I was up there, I went to the lab for my required blood work, weight check, measurements and BP for our insurance. That didn't go so well. BP and heart rate was sky high. I had to see my family doctor while I was in town, and was placed on BP meds. Then I got the flu! I was able to attend her "hooding" ceremony, but had to watch the graduation online since I was ummmmm ..... puking. That week was also my birthday and Mother's Day, and since I had a fever and was in bed, I really don't remember much. I hadn't been sick since before Covid. Other than that, everyone is well. Hope you all are well also.

How is your first Summer here in the South?

Sorry about any confusion.  I know I could change To Drythe*

but Mod. Beth said she would try to fix it, and it would take at least 24 hours.  So, I don't want to make any changes that might get in the way.

Congratulations to your DD.  That's quite an accomplishment.

Gosh, you've been through quite the ordeal.  I hope you're feeling better now.  Good thing you got to the doctor to take care of your BP.

We're good here.  My dad has been through a lot.  That's been challenging.
