My daughter called me yesterday to tell me that the "flu" is now going around at the grocery store she works at and will not come and see me for a while longer !She was feeling sad not being able to see me.

I haven't seen her since Christmas day as it is.... but

it is what it is!

It's really sad that we have to go back to not seeing family again. The absolute worst feeling was having my dad in the hospital and not being able to see him. He was dropped off at the emergency room and was all alone. Everyone was very nice and helpful to him, but it's not the same as having family with you.

Like you said, it is what it is.

i've been walking and boy the squirrels have been hungry - fed them and they all came scurrying - guess they were hiding when the snow was falling
