@Yahooey @Coquille @Bri369 @cowboy sam : Good Morning. I found the phone number for Samsung. Called them this morning. CS rep indicated that I already had a Samsung account: Duh- forgot about the Samsung tablet that I had way back when and of course couldn't remember the password. So had to reset and resign in to the account. Plus given account backup codes and not able to do the screen shot. Downloaded info and  folder created on phone. Haven't tried to do anything else with the phone. I have labeled a notebook for the new phone with all of my notes. Plus need to purchase more file folders to create a folder for all of the other phone information and paperwork. All this work for a phone. Thought that electronics were suppose to make things  better or easier. Cowboy Sam's adventures include getting dressed up- going out shopping and eating with friends 🤗❤️⭐️. I get another episode of my soap opera 😳😀😀😀☕️🥤🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓. I am hungry!!!
