@Bri369 @cowboy sam : Thank you. You are right difference almost made up for shipping on friends gift that was $7.50. She can't stay in the big house that they purchased. One of her daughters came up with excellent solution- daughter needs larger house and Mom needs smaller house- they plan to legally swap houses. Daughter house paid for but she will purchase Mom's house. Therefore she will only have utilities, property taxes, smaller yard maintenance. Plus house should not need any repairs or painting for several years. Friend said with the grill and griddle combo that she can give daughter her big griddle and grill. Plus friend will be moving about 10 minutes closer to me.🤗❤️

I was surprised but PT is helping.  Although this morning I was stretching so much and doing so many exercises, I wanted to slap the instructor.

@Mj12 : Totally agree and understand. I call PT - the torture chamber. While a kid and doing PT in the hospital- I manage to put a sign on the back of the PT instructor: Torture coach cause was doing PT with a group of football players,😳😀🤗❤️

I think so.  Hard to imagine a stiff dining room chair isn't good for your back!

I did get a standing desk for home and just ordered an ergonomic chair like I have at the office....I'm sure those will help.
