@Bri369 : Corned beef. I love it but DH doesn't yet never tasted it.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😳😳 I never cooked it until I purchased my first digital pressure cooker several years ago. Still don't cook it every year.

I think it's corned beef.  We like it but I doubt I'll make it for St. Patrick's Day. It's too much for just 2 people.  And we are terrible at using up leftovers. 

My Mom used to make a "boiled dinner" of boiled ham, potatoes and cabbage in a big pot. Doesn't sound too flavorful to me today!

i dont make it from scratch - brisket into salty brine etc

i open the bag and it drops into a pot and a few hours later... done

i add carrots and potatoes  into the water a bit later

the potatoes will then become mash

the simmering beefy water makes the veg taste so good

no cabbage here 

i make sandwiches or corned beef hash with leftovers

Well, hubby is getting stuff around for if there's ever a craft show around here again, to try and sell some the pictures he's taken.  He's got stuff now to mat and frame.  We were out yesterday, scouring the area for different frames.

LOL, my legs are so stiff feeling.  Didn't notice it yesterday, but today I feel it. LOL 

He has a younger sister that always does craft shows.  So maybe it'll bring him some luck.

WEll, gotta do dishes, and one more little thing, and tonight  is PIZZA night.  It's pretty out today, a little warmer here in SW MI.  But hubs says (weather reporter that he is, LOL,) that next week doesn't sound very weather friendly.  Maybe one last hurrah, then Spring. Keeping my fingers crossed for that one.

Off to do those dishes!!
