I love reading about decorating plans. Reminds me of Preds and her DH's spectacular ornaments he made.

It will be 71 degrees here this weekend. 71 - and I'll be on a ladder decorating the tree.

Our radio station started playing Christmas songs today at 4 pm.

I guess we're decorating outside this weekend. It's going to be 74 Sunday. LOL

Preds would love all this.

Agree our Preds

is watching us while we are decorating and making sure we smile, and laugh

At night she and our loved ones see can see our lights brightly shine as they look down from Heaven.

Lawdy, we sure do miss her but her spirit is with us always

yesterday I practically traveled the globe to get an annual physical

me and my bff have the same primary doctor (it was hers)

and the doctor is 15 miles from where she lives

I live 15 miles from her home -

you didn't know this was an algebra problem? HA!

this is what we have done in the past

I stayed overnight at her place and we travel in her car for our morning appts

then pigged out at our fav Japanese buffet and gab for a few hours and then I head home via subway

this year bc of covid - she didn't feel comfortable having me stay over

which I totally understand but our morning appt - YIKES

hers is at 840 and mine is 940

I woke up at 2am to go to the BR and couldnt get back to sleep bc I knew I had to wake up at 530 - get on the train by 6

so.....

I got on the train when it was just a hint of daylight

no delays on trains and a gazillion stops later -

I was at her home by 730

hopped in her car and hoping for no traffic and got there 815

no eating at the buffet afterwards

- it closed permanently in March prior to the shutdown

dont know what happened - it has been there for many many years

and even if they tried to stay open - how could buffets survive for all these months?

so we ate outdoors at Shake Shack - a burger joint chain

and then shopped at Costco - I go to BJ by home

I knew I wanted their whole coffee beans and pork jerky (3 packages)

shove them in my packpack and came home by subway

It was nice seeing her - haven't seen her since the shutdown

we were planning to celebrate our big BDs this year (april)

maybe someday....

painting the 2nd coat today. - nice weather

enjoy ur decorating @Mj12 @Bri369 and @cowboy sam will be supervising

and our preds❤️❤️❤️❤️ will be smiling from above

her decorating for all the holidays always made me smile

Good Morning- Precious Preds and special friends. Thought y'all need a good laugh because of my situation. I normally drink decaf tea and coffee. I had a problem and read that regular coffee could help. Well it did. That was 4:30 a.m. - this morning but I am still dealing with the extreme buzz or gitters but not enough to help me get up and do something. Feels like my recliner is on auto rocking mode.
