Congratulations in the weight loss!  Please don’t be hard on yourself.  It’s just a little setback in what you had planned.  You can adjust for it a bit today.  

With a lot of practice, I learned to think of what I eat as planned v/s unplanned.  As you adjust to eating as you planned, you will learn to plan in a treat or so, as long as you’ve accommodated for it in your daily plan.  I think of my daily total as a checking account.  

Thinking of food as good or bad, made me hopeless, much that I love is bad, and I was always failing.  Learning to think of it as planned v/s unplanned meant I could plan in a goodie once in a while and not feel awful.

Please excuse this intrusion,  it is a life lesson that helped me maintain my weight, without feeling about it.

@cowboy sam : Thank you for the kind words. So busy trying to shop and plan menu plus need to start some exercise and hopefully can count cleaning out my closet. I need one more day on that closet and have two more.
