I microwave to heat up but I don't cook food in there -

well, I do microwave corn on the cob - wrap in plastic wrap and 3-4 minutes and done

microwave bacon - how does it get crispy?

I always crisp things (reheating) in the toaster oven

upon researching - what????

it is bad enough cleaning the microwave when it explode but won't the grease fly everywhere?

Glad your toe is feeling better.  I was going to send a toe truck soon.

@Yahooey @Bacon done in the microwave saves cooking time but it increases cleaning time. The end.

Is your toe still bad.You May have broken it.I did that once and the doc told me there are many small bones in the feet that are easily broken.

I don't know about microwaving bacon.  I think it would be a huge mess to clean up.

Reheating cooked bacon in the microwave would be fine.

@momtochloe @I have some burgers in the freezer but never thought about turning them into any other meal..great idea.Do you defrost them first or cook from frozen?
