Plans to eat at resturant  didn't go well... parking places  were filled on both sides of the street!

So we went to the family rest. in same town,  and no salad bar  but that was ok..no problem.

But didn't have our cake,but  she ordered a hot beef sandwich  and a salad.....

her dh ordered a whole slab of BBQ pork ribs,fries,and soup.

I also ordered what he ordered...wow!The BBQ spareribs  meat fell off the bones  and was very tasty!!

We all brought back left overs!! It was my treat for the 3 of us

We stopped at Dollar General store when we got back to our town...i wanted buns to make sandwiches out of my ribs later...plus i needed a few other items!!

Before i got back home  my yard got mowed  and he "didn't "look under mat  in front of storm door where i left him money in a envelope  or call me.  So maybe he will stop by later today for his money.

Another pj set #4  was delivered to me  this morning by mail lady  and they ribbed pink long sleeved top  and pink plaid pj bottoms, washing machine now!  oops need to put into dryer now! 

Have 4 more packages to be delivered next week

@4kitties : Thank you. With the issues trying to sign in and post here has been frustrating.

Plus my bad eyes and DH and I both have been sick with whatever is going around. Our area dealing with the flu, bad cold and various whatever. Considering we are doing good and counting our Blessings. Thank you for your concern and kind thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear that you and DH have been sick.  It's hard when both are sick at the same time.  I hope you're both feeling better by now.

I don't even try to get in here anymore because it's so long and hard.  With all the trouble signing into Community Chat, maybe we should set up another thread in Among Friends.  The only thing is I think it would need a different name since the moderators won't allow duplicate threads.  I don't think we can ask the moderators to move it because I believe only the original thread author can do that.  

I keep thinking it will get fixed, but I don't think it will.  I think the people posting from their phones never got their problems resolved either.

dear preds  and friends

I was recently told that my 22 month out grat-grandson  was very sick  and parents took him to the ER....said he had "Hoof&Mouth disease  and because of his age not much hospital could do for him!!!

So much is going around in our state  also West Niles Virus  plus new version of covid.

My phone provider sent me the new verson for new phone set up from them...a tech is supposed to be here Wednesday  to set up my new phone sersice!

Also son rang the bell after completeing his iv infusion for his leukimia, then his wife had a set back from her hip replacement...hip healed good  but they found a bulging on a vertabrea...she needs to get off blood thinners for 5 days first....so surgery on her back sometime next week!

@cowboy sam : After you posted looking on EBay for your favorite Croft and Barrow PJ'S - decided to search for my favorite Croft and Barrow  3/4 sleeve blouses. The material is soft and loose fitting. Nothing on the Kohl's website and nothing on EBay.Previously could find them during Easter and Mother's Day sales. So frustrating and sad and so many other products that I like have been discontinued.

@geezerette : Thank you. DH had a bad flair up with his fibromyalgia and then flu like symptoms and then bad cold and cough. I told him that I would make a big pot of chicken noodle soup because that is better but he insisted on the vegetable beef soup. I still wanted chicken noodle soup but easier to fix. I googled the recipes using the chicken flavored ramen noodles. I decided to use the can chicken breast, can chicken broth, ramen noodles. I had 1 carrot and sliced it and had 1/4 cup of frozen diced onion. I was very surprised that this soup was so good. I now have easy recipe for me to use.

I totally agree with you and your suggestion for the forum will be fun to challenge everyone to be creative and 

make special effort to find a cute but fun name to the forum. I'm thinking that our precious Preds❤️would understand, but you and everyone else has been posting here for a long time and I still consider myself : the new kid on this forum.🙏❤️❤️❤️

@cowboy sam :Mercy - the poor little gra-grandson. I will be praying for healing for strength for parents and you dealing with this.

Wonderful for son to be able to ring the bell after treatment. I will be praying for him and his wife that the surgery will be successful with speedy recovery.

I know you are excited about the improved phone service.
