ok..i realized i forgot to say..

just hours" before" d/i/l's sister passed away..

sons wife had her break down  and to be taken to the ER  for treatment...they kept and treated her  then was taken to a larger hospital a hour or away  where she could get the right treament for her .

That is why  d.i/l didn't know or still doen't know her sister had died.

They didn't want my son to tell her .

Oh how awful for your son and his wife.😢

They are already dealing with so much with his health situation and now this.  That's just so hard to deal with and you must be worried about both of them.

Prayers to your son and your daughter-in-law for peace and comfort.🙏

I am very sorry to hear all this bad news.  It is hard enough to lose a loved one to cancer, but there are also times when sorrow breaks a person's spirit.

So, prayers will continue for you, am, for your son, and your son's wife.  So much to deal with, and my heart is with you.

When I woke this morning, you, your son, and your daughter-in-law were on my mind first thing.  I am thinking of you all, and praying for you to be taken care of.  Please know this, and I am sure all Preds folks are doing the same.

@Yahooey @cowboy sam @geezerette @PamfromCT : Good Morning. Yikes turned the central heat on. Currently 65 in the house and outside 48. I am cold. Decided to shower and wash my hair. Difficult to do with my shower head placed higher up.

Rebath scheduled for tomorrow at 10 :30. I will be showing them all my issues. Keeping my shower chair and everything in shower. Telling them to measure the correct position and placement of everything that I need because taking photo of shower not good. Will not let them go until I have put my shower chair and everything back in the shower and  tried everything.

Started cooking yesterday for today's big meal. Fresh green beans and red potatoes. Hamburger steak with onions and gravy. Corn on the cob. I will try to make a small bowl of real mashed potatoes. Normally I use the Hungry Jack Potato flakes doctored up with extra butter and milk, haven't been able to find the potato flakes since covid. Sam's Club sells the big restaurant package of flakes but they taste different. I have tried other brands of potato flakes and DH didn't like them  and didn't like the premade mashed  potatoes .

dear preds and friends

Son sent me a message on google today...after i sent him asking him how she was doing?...and was he taking care of himself?

She must not be able to have visitors yet....as he told me she called him.

She now knows  of her sisters passing by her medical care   and aked him if he had told me   she is in the hospital??? She  still doesn't want me  know  ...so not  to worry about her.

He told her a fib that he hadn't told   me 🤐

 And i haven't told anyone...   oops  i told you

 Sons mother /in/law said  that they will have a "Celebration of Her Life" ..sometime next year when its warmer outside.

Staying home all day today  and  its 60 outside now  but soo gloomy out!
