@Yahooey is right--take advantage of having your son there to get anything fixed that he's able.  You know we all complain how hard it is to find a decent repairman!😉

And maybe when you all get those new mattress toppers they'll be sleeping so well at your house they will decide to stay even longer!🤞

Hi Y'all. News Flash: I cooked today and DH helped. I had a small spiral sliced ham in the freezer. I cooked fresh green beans with red potatoes and fresh corn on the cob cooked in the microwave. I am worn out and hurting  but saved a lot of money instead of doing meal delivery.

I made a grocery list and SIL took my Publix gift card to shop. They had bogo  on the healthy choice frozen meals and selected a good varity. Plublix had their brand of frozen flatbread pizza. I will cut it in 3 pieces and freeze. This will be easier to cook in my air fryer. Portion control and eat with a big salad. So hopefully saving more money on meal delivery. We have a variety of fresh fruit to snack on.

you did good cooking your meal plus having your s/i/l shop for you🤗

Son and I needed a few things at Dollar General store...he wanted some eggs for a fried egg sandwich  plus she wanted some also...i was shocked at the price $4.00 for a dozen eggs! But i never buy eggs just for myself!

The store put coke on sale again 3 for $5.00..i ended up with 6 bottles..so i got 2 bottles free compaired to the  ones i bought other day..didn't need more but couldn't pass up the sale!

Also went for a nice walk with my neighbor friend at dusk...talked about her going out of town to visit with her daughter  and family...her grandson is now 2 1/2 years old!

Told her that my great grand daughter brought her "1 month old son" to visit us..and i held him

No plans for the day other then spend time with son and his wife.....

Wait...i will use my new shower head today!!

How about you today  ??
