today is full on kitchen day

blueberries came and i have to use them bc it has been a week

planning to make bundt cake with new bundt pan - very excited

planning to share but also cut into portion pieces and freeze for another day

along with muffins - easier to freeze and preportion lol

tomatoes are rotting and falling off the vine

cutting away parts that are starting to rot

harvest most of them - others are now green or a blush

there are over 10 on the ground and more are dropping everyday

i will not count them

making sauce - tomato jam etc

i dont care about the cherry tomatoes - easy to give away

lots of basil - many were starting to flower when i got back

will be making pesto

so it will be a full on day

it is 1030 - in toaster oven 3 fish fillet - will add my last big not rotten tomato - lettuce and MAYO - i lubs mayo and sweet relish and then it will be

also had this last night for dinner - it was very good

roasting, baking, simmering, vitamixing

what is everyone else doing?

it will high of 78 - so i'm all good with oven and stove on

Wow! So many twists&turns and DD changing plans on not moving plus job situration.

I hope she gets another new job soon...if not yikkes!

Me,i still would have kept that second cake to teach her a lesson!

Next...

So many states will be having storms/flooding in a day or so...if any of you are in those areas..please be safe.

I should go for a walk as its only 69 degrees right now...we will be going back to high temps again..up in 90's or higher next week!!

My neighbor and her dh will be back from a weeks vacation in Minn. sometime today.uh..her son didn't put out there garbage/recyle contains to be picked up Wed....maybe they didn't have enough to be picked up???

If not i will be told about it later...last time they went on vac.and came back she was upset..that son left a dirty plate and siverware in the sink !!?SMH!!!nit picking on him as usual ..very sad he is 22 now.

Friend that cleans my house just called requesting prayers for her sister. She fell in the house and ambulance called. Hospital discovered brain tumor and has spread to stomach, she was transferred to Atlanta hospital and will have surgery probably today or tomorrow.🤗❤❤❤❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Oh my gosh, you are going to be one busy bee today!

That's always what seems to happen with gardens--you wait and wait for things to get ripe and then in the blink of an eye everything comes in at the same time,

But it sounds like you'll be enjoying the fruits of your labors for a long time. Much tastier and healthier than store bought, too!

We had a couple of nice cooler days this week, but now it's heating back up again. It should be in the triple digits all week. I'm not looking forward to it. I will be staying inside and hoping that the a/c and fridge keep humming along with no problems!

You take care too when it gets hot.

@geezerette : Thank you and appreciate the prayers. It is serious.Her sister was in a car wreck on Monday. No injury from that but they discovered ear infection and prescribed meds and sent her home.
