We are having the smell from the Canada fires plus the heavy mist here in Illinois!

Neighbor called me last night and i told her i couldn't walk in that smelly air !

However, my best friend called this morning to ask me i i wanted to go to Walmart and then lunch..and i went but its soooooooo humid and yucky out!

We went to a different rest...as friend thought they had the flowerpot salad as a special today...sadly the didn't.

I had the hamburger patty special with curly fries and a coke.

She had chicken tenders and cole slaw...her dh had the chicken&?? and beef noodle soup.

Next topic;

uh..".pancakes sis "had called my home phone 2xwhile i was gone and left one message.. wanting me to call .her.smh!

I have been asking her to call me on my cellphone instead of home one...but she never listens...so i called her and found ....she and her neighbor was wanting to ask me to go with them to eat out! .

She also told me our oldest sis from Texas would be back at her house tomorrow (Thursday) sometime.

Not sure when other sis from around St. Louis will be back up...maybe she won't come back..lol!

Good Morning Y'all: Busy trying to get stuff done.

Yesterday, had my hair cut in a chin length bob and love it. Last hair cut was about a year. My hair was matted and tangled in the back and I couldn't get it out. Hair stylist indicated four bad spots.I am very tender headed and told her: start cutting😃. Real shocker: DH likes it.

Just discovered that Tracfone is changing to 5 G in November. My phone is 4 G and a small 5.82 inches that I can fit in my skirt pocket and dread a larger phone. My current plan expires in October. Also considering changing from Samsung to Motorola. What do y'all think? More later.🤗

I had another doctor's appointment this morning but just a checkup. It took longer to drive there and back than the appointment itself. I need a nap now.

I'm sorry to hear about your sister. Sadly, I think a lot of older people have leg problems of different kinds. It often has to do with poor circulation. I can tell the circulation in my legs isn't as good as it used to be, and I'm in my 70s! I guess if she is under doctor's care, she's doing all she can.❤️

It's too bad she won't be able to make your other sister's birthday party. I hope you can go! 95 years is quite a milestone. Congratulations to her!🎉

I do hope it won't be too hot where the party is going to be. It's scorching here.🔥
