@cowboy sam : Wednesday had the taxes done and they were running behind about an hour. Didn't have to pay taxes and will get a nice refund. We didn't return home until after three. I just set in my recliner for a while. Then I realize that I was behind in my devotional reading and decided to try and catch up.

Your necklace is beautiful . Hopefully no delays in the delivery. Thank you for asking about me.🤗❤️

Good Morning Precious Preds and Preds very special friends. Currently dealing with cool temperatures and rain for the next couple of days. So all my bones are stiff and snap, crackle and pop..... darn can't sneak up on anyone. I plan to do nothing today. DH went out to eat with his sister. Tomorrow he will eat out with two church friends and I don't have to cook until Sunday 😀😀😀. 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓

Good morning friends of Preds, happy albeit frigid Friday my friends . . . Smiley Very Happy

I feel selfish as this bitter cold actually works for me today as I have a bag of frozen chicken wings sitting out on the balcony (don't ask) but I do hope you are all doing well and staying warm as outerwear is key in this weather . . .

@loveschocolate : Nice mop. The people that installed my laminate floor said to never use a steam mop. Use the vinegar and water solution but don't soak. I purchase the janitorial size wet and dry mop. The mop pads are machine wash and dry.🤗❤️

@SouthernBee

i read that also - and i saw on youtube from a hardwood floor installer -

dont mop with water + vinegar bc over time the water will soak into the wood and warp it

but isn't the Bona solution - part water? or is it the vinegar they were against

they not saying - this was for their guarantee - blah blah blah

and the hosts selling some of these mops - sealed hardwood only

i'm sure sealed doesnt mean forever either - dont they also reseal floors?

i dont know if my floors are sealed -probably are but not taking chances - using Bona but

the steam mop would be for tile and NON wood surfaces

@Yahooey : My friend that cleans my house is very good. We have a spray bottle for the water and vinegar. She uses very little but to refresh and remove any spots. She was afraid that the Bona solution with the water and chemicals could cause a film from using it. My floor was installed in 2017 and still looks great. I have used a hand held steam cleaner but never used a steam mop. My friend said you still have to be very careful using the stream mop on tile floors because it can be very slippery.

I use Mr. Clean and water on my hardwoods.  I bought that spin mop.  The mop is not soaking wet when I use it.   Everything else I've used leaves a weird looking film.  I like how Mr. Clean smells too.

For quick jobs, I use the Swiffer wet pads.
