On A Very Positive, Bright Note

While I am sitting here in bone chilling temps and a mountain of ice/snow, my grandson and his NCAA college baseball team have started practice for their upcoming SPRING season.

With more snow possibly coming in a few more days, it is uplifting to know the "boys of summer" will be here before you know it.

You have to grasp on to all of the positives you can find right now.

@Mersha I am in Florida, but it is unseasonably cold here...I hope all of you in the REALLY cold weather are safe and sound. I wish your grandson a happy and successful baseball season. Hearing the crack of the ball hit the bat is a wonderful sound! Enjoy. I hope you get to watch him play.

ITA .... I spent the first 27 years of my life in WNY and know all about the Great Lakes lake effect. There's really not much anyone could teach me about snow!

At this point in my life, I think we need to make the most of every season, since we really don't know how many more we'll have.

For those dealing with a harsh winter, I suggest this ... be sure to take a few pics of winter scenery ... a fresh, nighttime twinkling snowfall... and be sure to get in at least one happy snowball fight!

Make the most of every season.
