MMdear predsHeart  and friendsHeart

@SouthernBee @geezerette @PamfromCT @4kitties

I haven't been here for a few days.

I am trying my best to deal with life  as everyone else it.  and its rough.

My daughters 1 eye surgery and her having covid 2 days later!   Her last eye surgery will be Dec,15th  .I am happy for her to get her eye sight fixed plus paying for her to have it done.

My best friend is losing her battle with cancer  and is hospice at her home.

I am very stressed   and needing my walking cane close to all the time in my house  as i have taken 2 tumbles  without using it  onto my carpet during past week.

Can't talk about other things bothering me .

@cowboy sam @SouthernBee @geezerette

Bee, so happy for you that your first surgery gave you such a good outcome.  I think it was certainly worth all you had to go through, as scary as I would think anyone would feel.  Very smart of you to get so much done before.  Christmas is such a joyful time, but there is so much to prepare for.  I do hope your hubby is feeling better!  Wishing you the same results for your upcoming second surgery.

Cowboy Sam, I am truly sorry to hear about everything you are dealing with.  You are a great mom to be helping your daughter so much.  No matter how old our kids get, worry is always there.
I am most sorry about your dear friend in hospice care now.  It is so painful to experience this.  I know you are with her all the way.  Just breaks one's heart.  I personally have experienced this with a friend who was like the sister I never had, some 12 years ago.  Seems to happen to such nice people!  All I can say is that you question why you could go crazy.  Hospice care is wonderful from my experience with my friend and my mom.  Top quality care with great compassion.  Hope this helps a tiny bit, and please come here with things that are hard to deal with.

Geezerette, Your posts reveal such a caring heart.  I do not know much about you and your life, but I know this about you.

You are one of "the helpers" in life.

My DH and I celebrated our 59th anniversary this week.  in a quiet way, the two of us went out to a favorite place for lunch.

And doctor appointments for me.  At my age, I say it takes a team to keep us going!

Funny times here at "Fort Wilderness."  A bit woodsy here, and of course two game refuges close by.  I looked out a

window and guess what was sitting atop a bird bath in our back yard?  A fox!  He did jump onto the grass and stayed a bit.  He was beautiful!  We both love animals, and delight in our kitty Winston.  He must stay in the house, but loves looking out the windows.  He is safe from animals and cars!

Spoiled like crazy!

Take care!  Lubs to all!

hugs to @cowboy sam @PamfromCT @SouthernBee @geezerette

I know i have not been here but you guys are still beloved to me and priness zoe

I'm so glad that bee  👀 will be  eyetastic after a few weeks

special hugs to sam - it is hard to see loved ones suffering

pam - u are always a trooper chugging along with our animal buddies nearby

geezerette - such a great cheerleader - we all need peeps to encourage us

i'm good - taking apart the farm - at least 10 lbs of green tomatoes

that just will not blush to ripen - it has been on the vine for weeks and we are in the 40s

maybe they will ripen - maybe not - but i dont have the heart to compost them all

i bought myself an early holiday gift - a fully automatic wspresso machine

i want cawfee - not measuring and timing the dose and all the cleaning

you wake up - eyes not fully open and press the picture with the type u want

i ordered this morning - so will be coming soon

also ordered a space heater - i do not turn on heat 24/7

1 person + 1 kitteh to heat up whole home is cray cray

so space heater will be in the living room if i need extra heat

it oscilates - remote conrol - up and down temp degrees for 50.00

i have great expectations

when i was out and about yesterday....

Well, well, well!  Look who's here! 👏  I thought maybe your contractors got carried away with your remodeling and sealed you up in a wall somewhere! 😱🤣  So happy to hear from you again. 😘

I'm glad everything is good with you.  It sounds like you're getting ready for winter with a fancy new coffee maker and space heater (I'm sure Zoe will commandeer that in no time!).

Ten pounds of green tomatoes!  What are you going to do with them?  You're always so creative when it comes to sauces, dips and the like.  Green tomato jam maybe?🤔😝

Don't be a stranger, Stranger!  We've missed you--and the Adventures of Zoe too. 😺

Oh, thanks for explanation of the photos--I had no idea there was a huge Christmas tree under all that scaffolding!  That's quite a job getting that ready.  I've never seen the preparation for it before.  Thanks for posting.👍
