Ok so DH got Neflix  and last night wanted to watch the movie Conclave but not on that service.Also he thought on Netflix just click and watch and upset  that he had to sign in on the tv screen and do search for movies. Didn't help that I am real slow and having trouble seeing stuff. It's on prime video but he didn't want to watch it on the tablet but on the tv🙄. My QR code reader wasn't working and trying to tell and explain to DH that he would have to pay a fee to rent the movie... Finally got the prime video app on the tv . DH stated probably no fee... I said yes fee. It took us 1 1\2 hours before we could watch the movie and this was after we watch Suvivor. We were up late but the movie was something different and good. Always something.

Try this: On phone: select menu button and scroll down until you find ringer volume: scroll down until you find " silent mode" make sure this is turned off.

On the phone buttons: hit the flash button. On the screen on the bottom left: click on the "mute button" to see if it will remove the mute butto.

@cowboy sam : The phone was delivered at 2:45. They slapped a mailing label on the phone box and the box was dented a little on each corner. The battery was on one bar. Letting it charge up before doing anything.

The phone screen is a little bit larger.The phone buttons are a little larger. The call block button is red and placed closer to the screen. The handsets are longer. The base unit is bigger and its handset sits a little lower and not tilted up. This is a difference and concern for me because the base unit sits on my bookcase on the left side of my recliner. But during the day, that handset will be on my recliner during the day and a little longer stretch for me at night to put it on the base.

Some of the reviews mentioned that the speaker phone  isn't as loud as  older phones. I will check this out when the phone is charged. I really use the speaker phone when calling the doctors office or any customer service calls.

I have have had only one phone call come in on the new phone. It was a local call that needed to be blocked.

i  tried your instuctons i saw the mute on screen but not sure if it worked or not?

This phone is same age as the one you  just replaced...no new battiers changed etc...butwe did have a couple power outages or spikes   recently and that could have messed up my phone ...maybe??

The phone set you ordered  and set up today  i checked out  and for$2.00 "less"for $127.38  ... than yours   i can get total of 4 phones in black color! instead of your 3..

but doing so it changed from your numbers to a different  number... doesn't make sense does it?

Maybe, i will wait a day or so to get another review from you...before i decide to order or not.

It means a lot to me whenyou can give me advice,etc  on products

Neighbor called and phone wason mut...so i called her on my cell phone  and came over to help me.

She had problems getting to phone settings  and kept reading your notes i made copy of.

Finally found how to turn off mute...also part of problem she said was when i was turning off the phone top of   the off buttion turned on settings...so now i need to use bottom of off switch only!

Its back like it should be  and

she said  without your help she wouldn't have figured out how to fix  my phone back.!! 

And for me to tell you" thank you" from her!
