Just got back from a short walk with my neighbor  and weather was decent 45 dehrees  and no wind!

Update  on my pains cake sis :

is that last weekend her both daughters was at her house  and spent most of day with her.

Olso my niece told  the neighbor friend that they think she has early dementia.But no mention of taking to her doctor for a evaluation.

I haven't been with my sis and her neighbor friend since a week ago  as   her"neighbor" is now driving us-when she is feeling well enough  or doesn't have dodtors appointments  as she is still recovering from her cancerous double mastectomy.

So we now "might"  only go out to eat once a week...instead of every day to Cracker barrel.

Sorry to hear about pain cake sis, but it's good that her daughters have noticed.  I hope they keep an close eye on her.

Funny you mention @dooBdoo.  I was just thinking of her this morning.

No, I haven't seen any posts from her since December 2024 when she last posted that she had her surgery.

I will just send prayers for a continued recovery for @dooBdoo and hoping she will return soon.

@geezerette @cowboy sam @Yahooey @PamfromCT . Good Morning. Progress made. I have appointments 5\14\25 with my new pcp and lady doctor. She finished training in 2019. Appointment 5\15\25 with our new dentist. Finished training in 2017 and hopefully no more  dentist changes for us. Plus both doctors are 10 minutes drive with easier access and parking.

Current project: Cleaning my middle room and will do a major purge. With my back and taking a lot of breaks will probably take two weeks. So I am busy doing a different form of exercise.🤗🙏🙏

Dreary day here,rain  and now windy  and  now looking close can see fine snow  blowing in the wind now.

I had a phone call from pains cake sis around 11am...told me she was going for lunch  and did i want to :ride:  with her??   She said our friend wasn't feeling well today  and wasn't going to go.

I told her "no"  i wasn't going out at all...told me that she didn't blame me...and told me bye and she hung up.

i told myself i wasn't going to worry about her driving  or etc...today...

nothing i can do about her driving any where out  it's of my hands so to speak...i did the right thing by saying no...i'm staying home..

For my lunch

I heated up a can of chilli with chunks of turkey meat in  and had that for lunch  and that leftovers were my evening meal.

@cowboy sam :  I really feel sorry for your sister. I know it's hard for you not to worry but keep praying and I will be praying.

We had bad weather last night but thankfully no damage.

BIL just called and irate. Whomever that helped him at Home Depot for our door handle , failed to make sure the order was placed. He was told the order would be placed and expedited.

Perfect weather for a hot bowl of chili. 

My lunch was a small chef salad with turkey. I saved the big baked potato for my lunch tomorrow.

warmer here and sunny - 50s

and very welcome temps

i started putting in seeds for starting indoors 

doing a bit of yard cleanup - such a mess

going for stage 2 of the implant

just getting a mold done and 2 weeks later - the perm toothie

this has been a long process - but not painful - so all good

shopping for furniture is a PITA

more measuring - performance fabrics - firmness of item OY

and then after purchase (which i havent yet) some are avail but most for a 2 - 4 month wait.... so still sleeping in the living and i'm okay with that

got a new bissell - steam spin mop and i love it

the old bissell i got a few years which i thought was a miracle

vaccums and wet mops - doesnt really clean unless it is already a clean floor

the soft microfiber roller did NOT clean - yes - it probably can sop up a dropped egg instantly -but if it dries on the floor - forget about it

i was wet swiffering and there was still some construction gunk on floors

no matter how i spray with other stuff - bona - method etc - cant get it off

the steamer got it off or hot enough that i can scrape off with my nails
