I didn't know that garden man was on the other forum, thanks for the information.

I called Tracfone customer service about DH phone. It's really messed up with several different issues. One guy suggested that I purchase another phone and I told him that one would be delivered this week. He said to call them to let them do the phone number transfer and activate the phone and agree 100%. I will have the new phone set up with just the basics since it is just used for DH pharmacy app and patient portals.

My last 3 eBay orders have been running late: mid transit delayed for some reason. The last one was supposed to be delivered Monday and now indicating today.

Really surprised yesterday. Amazon package delivered by blue Amazon van, not the rental truck with person wearing Amazon vest.

@cowboy sam : The prices on the Tracfone phones are increasing like everything else. Just keep doing research and check QVC and HSN for specials.

I am dealing with with so many different things like everyone. I haven't exercised since Saturday and not feeling great.

Sunday morning put my chicken wings on to cook for Super Bowl. Yuck, they were bad. They had been in the freezer since purchased and the expiration date was 5/24. First time that happened. Fun cleaning that stinky stuff up and getting house to smell better. Expensive but ordered wings from wing resturant. Good thing that I already had the dips, carrots and celery sticks.

Monday and Tuesday looking for reliable handyman. Researching on line for replacement storm door latch kit because couldn't open storm door. Youngest brother in law called yesterday and told me to remove the set and he would go to Lowe's and look for replacement. I had trouble balancing to stand up but managed to remove it. Kit had to be ordered.

Worked all day on the income tax stuff. I was getting really cold and hurting all over. Discovered that DH had turned the heat off. 🙄

I ordered a new garden hose and hose stand to put by the front door. So I now have the new generator trolly and garden hose stand to put together.

Just received emails that eBay order and DH new cell phone are out for delivery.

We are under a weather advisory for snow,etc   from around 9am until Thursday  with strong winds!

I think you need a me time for a few hours to rest  and get warmed uo,etc.🤗

My Ebay  2 orderes stalled in southern part of my state like 4 hours away..  in St.Louis,MO.and 6 going on 7 days late...from arrival date.oops looks like one package moved 2 hours closer...i guess inch by inch  maybe Friday delivery????

I walked a bit with my neighbor friend  first time this week  last night... as she has been helping her mom since last Wed...as her mom needed some surgery done on her eyey lids -! they were keeping her from seeing!

She needs to put med on her  moms eye lids 3xa day  until next week when she goes back to her surgeon for follow up.

I am not going anywhere today...before bedtime last night i thought about walking to groc. store...but after getting up this morning  i changed my mine.!Be lucky if i get outta my pjs

You certainly have had a lot to deal with lately.  I'm glad to hear you'll be getting your door fixed and DH will be getting a new phone.  I hope the phone call and setup for that goes smoothly.

Good luck finding a handyman.  I wish I could find one.  They seem to be nonexistent nowadays.  I remember when many men would be able to do minor jobs and were happy to get a few extra dollars in their spare time.  Now, not so much.  I guess that's just another sign of how old I am.

I have a table full of tax papers too.  I'm waiting for what I think should be the final statement to come and then I can make a call to the accountant.  Usually I just drop them off at his office, but this year I have to need to speak with him about some things.  I hate that because he's very hard to talk to and I'm awful at small talk.  

It's cold and rainy here today and will stay cold for the foreseeable future they say.  More rain over the weekend, then snow next week.  I hope not much.  I hate to get trapped at home waiting for the roads to melt.

Nothing much going on today here except a little cleaning.  I hope everyone has a great day.

@geezerette : Yes, the handyman thing is frustrating. We have tried some of the services advertised and not that great. We tried Angie's or Angie's list and not a good experience. 

We have been using my widow friends brother and he is to the point of no help.

My contractor couldn't recommend any one.🙄

I send my tax man emails and they respond quickly.

It's raining and 54 and I'm cold. 

I ordered me a pair of pjs and delayed in shipping.

I hate doing this paper work stuff because craving to snack on the bad stuff like donuts and cake.Drinking water and eating popcorn doesn't help with the bad cravings.🙄🙄

Need to ask my tax man: Do I have to file income tax until I die? No stopping at certain age?

i am having snow coming down!

When it started it was so fine i couldn't see it  but how its coming down like it was if raining  straight down  and fine  not the big flaked kind!and its sticking  so how many inches?  i don't know?

I need to turn tv on for some voices to hear and not just the radio music.

Was eating a corn dog  to be dipped in BBQ sauce  and eat some crunchy cheese curls   when my daughter called me to she how i am.

After we ended the call  i finished eating my then cold corn dog lol!

I need a glass of my coca cola🥤

My   2 Ebay packages were still stalled in St.Louis,Mo.

But   One package this morning was in a town around 2 hours away from my town!

 both  were ordered the same day but I bought from 2 different venders   and were to be delivered by the 6th of Feb...today is the 12th

I don't have Amazon Prime so its" free delivery over a $35.00 order" so

 that the order i placed on Amazon

6 items  of different soups to be delivered Monday the 17 th

and other part betweenFeb. 19-25(2 -40oz bottles of Baby Rays BBQ sauce) sent by vender   not Amazon but still free shipping

I checked out moto g stylis 5g tracfones yesterday on Qvc&HSN plus Amazon  are over $239.00 for newest models2025!

No hurry to buy as i have until June...just looking like do do for best deal. I can but more time instead if i need to.

I feel sorry that after all your hard work that your chicken wings were spoiled!😡🤢😡  but glad you were to order and have some delivered to you!
