@Yahooey @cowboy sam @geezerette @PamfromCT : Confession time. Our city today had the grand opening for a new cookie company : Tiff's  Treats. DH had asked me yesterday to bake him some oatmeal raisin  cookies. I had $10 Uber cash and decided to order his 2 favorite cookies - the oatmeal raisin and peanut butter. The cookies are delivered warm. The only warm cookie that I like is chocolate chip. DH was surprised and appreciate the thought. He said they were good but liked mine 🤓🤓🤓🤓 I use the Betty Crocker Cookie Mixes 🤓🤓🤓🤓. I ate two cookies🙄🙄🙄🙄. But exercised more tonight on the cubi  and completed 1000 steps. Hopefully will sleep better tonight and helped reduced a few calories.

Humid  and had light rain yesterday...storms went around us yesterday...just t-storms....and possible rain today-after 3pm!

2 sons will be here to watch on my big tv pre-football game  at noon.#3 son is busy helping his friend out today...

and daughter???She is  not answering anyones text messages

But, i worry but have to let it go as its up to her when she  will contacts us.

I posted  but where  i did  i think its  back a few posts i think?? ..  SMH!

Me thinks i need to back to bed! 

I swear i heard a knock at my front door during the night...i woke up  and went into living room to front door...opened it....no one was there

I told son this morning and it wasn't him.  coming over from his camper..so maybe i was dreaming..i asked it it was thundering during the night..he replied he didn't think so.

ok sun is out  and me hasn't had any caffiene yet!

I was busy in the kitchen with DH helping me yesterday.We decided that we wanted homemade vegetable beef soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for today. Made a big pot of soup with enough to freeze for another meal. Then decided to make a pot of chili. Put in the freezer and enough for two meals. I feel better about having extra in the freezer.Trying to save money on our meal deliveries especially on Sunday.

I was worn out and really hurting and had to take pain medication. It took a long time to get everything cooked, but felt good doing something.

I've been away so long!  I'm not sure I can go back and catch up reading 🤣

morning - trying too many things and not accomplishing much

I havent been paying attn to the farm - lots of icks - fungus and the like

i have sprayed baking soda/water which is supposed to help

i have noticed new growth bc of that and perhaps a little cooler temps

we shall see

i finally made some of the blackberry/raspberry jam - it was hogging a lot of space in the freezer - 2 more qts of just blackberries for another day to process

will make some pesto soon - they are trying to send up flowers 

will save a few plants for floewering and the rest - i will process and that is it for the season - dont know if enough time to send up more leaves before it gets too cold

baby tomatoes coming in - the heat really did a number on the plants

a lot lot less than last year -have not given away as much or made as much sauce

i got peppers - bell - italian - round orange bombs - i dont really eat peppers 

what do i do with them? i may buy a bell pepper or a hot pepper for a recipe

but what do i do with them - i inherited these seeds - some were given to me and some were from supermarket peppers (bell)

if i make pepper jelly and i'm talking to you @SouthernBee 

how long does it last in the fridge - i know you spread it w/cream cheese? as an appetizer? i read others put on top of their cooked meats as a condiment?

it will be pretty - i got green - red and orange

can u share a recipe with me?

i am getting used to the induction range - i got the cooktop figured out but the oven...

it seems i set the temp - did not hit a button so it didnt start 

or i hit the button and it canceled... - it is a combo button - start/stop

but what i have made eventually - was fine

nice day today - going to meet friends in th park for knitting later

@cowboy sam i'm hoping you are enjoying ur time with ur son who is using your water ur DIL and the too many dogs to count
