Good Morning Y'all: I have been busy. Yesterday, while DH was at lunch, I used my utility cart to move his 5 storage crates that has been sitting across from the dinner table. They were put there in February when we cleaned DH computer room for his new computer hutch. He was suppose to move everything to the shed. I asked him a month ago to move them, I asked two weeks ago and yesterday.I need that space for a small rectangle table at Christmas. I went through each crate and was able to move stuff into 4 crates. Technically about 3/4 of the stuff is trash. Men . He said he was busy working on his computer because of several problems.I moved everything to his tv room at the end of the hall. At least this kept me moving and doing some much needed exercise.

One of my Christmas presents for someone else was delivered from Walmart yesterday. It's a small mat for the kitchen. That thing was hard and stiff and not comfortable like what the product information stated. I checked with my Walmart plus to start a product return and pickup but this item isn't eligible and needs to be physically returned to the store. Bummer plus I need to find something better. I only have 3 Christmas gifts from my list that I need to purchase and really want to finish .

DH just asked if could add a new computer to his Christmas wish list. I told him that he could use my best buy charge card but he needed to give me  the money for the payments. I have already purchased other stuff on his list.

Trying to finish laundry. I just put a pot of vegetable beef soup on the stove to cook for tomorrow. Hopefully, I can enjoy the football games without doing anything else.

Weather is cooler and raining.🤗❤❤

@SouthernBee ...Just between you and me, I bet you could gradually remove some of that stuff from DH's storage crates and he wouldn't even notice that anything was missing...I have done this in our garage where DH had so much stuff on a shelving unit that he installed when we moved here and, gradually, I got rid of many things that he hasn't even missed...lol

Fortunately, over the past couple of months, he finally started working on clearing out stuff himself that is no longer used or needed...or that he had too much of....so much more cleaner and organized.

We also just had some minor foundation work completed in our basement due to some leakage from all of the rain this past Spring/Summer and the ground just got too saturated...The foundation company was here on the 31st and we have now been giving the basement a good vacuuming and mopping.

It's been a busy year and we can finally relax now.

Winter is on the way...It's in the 40's today!

It's going to be a relaxing weekend! 😊

@MyShadowLove : Great idea. I pulled a few things out, put in another bag and hid it in the garbage. I didn't have extra time to do anything else. I just wanted to move everything. I was being slow and careful with my movements to prevent hurting my back. Dh was only away for an hour. He had several items that were in photo frames that would be good to put in one crate , then put all books in one crate etc to make easier to locate.

@geezerette : I watched the Alabama game, finished laundry. Then took a shower before the Georgia game and stayed in my recliner. In between everything else, package delivered that is a Christmas gift and everything ok. Went on line and ordered one more gift and praying it will be ok. I have one more gift to purchase for DH . I will then be finished with Christmas gifts. Hopefully will be able to go to Walmart to get refund on the other item.

Dh very upset with his search for a computer and doesn't like what's available. He called a computer repair company three days ago and waiting for them to call and schedule appointment.

He finally received appointment with a specialist about his ear but the appointment isn't until 1/24/24😮😮 and his ear was really hurting him yesterday.

We had planned to go to church but with DH ear and my stomach decided to stay home. It is cooler and raining.🤗🤗
