It's raining off and on here, so I put my car outside to get a free car wash!

It is brr and soooooooooo dreary out!High of only in 40's with possibly frost tonight  but after all any kind of weather can happen for Halloween Day,rain,sleet,snow  or be nice an warm..but have my doubts on that as we could have spitting snow Tuesday weather man said on tv...do i believe him.???..yes!

Plan on staying home today  as mower guy made me a offer to clean out my gutters on house   today  in a text message  then mow for last time on Wednesday!

uh..his first  text said it would cost me $100.00  and i asked if that included mowing yard??? (which i pay $70.00 each time)

...he then sent   me another text back...  and said yes...just for me!  He is such a nice young man...probably in late 20's?

Well, guess what?...It's raining here too and a balmy 47....I did some vacuuming earlier this morning and then jumped in the shower and am feeling fresh and purdy again...My husband has a dark load of his clothes in the washer and I'm sitting here at the desk clearing up some paperwork, etc....Will be roasting chicken and vegetables.  😋

Have my yearly physical on Tuesday and I'm feeling sad because my wonderful Dr. is retiring the end of the year...He's been my Dr. for approximately 30 years and I'm going to miss him terribly....I know I'm going to get teary-eyed but he is just going to have to deal with it!...lol...He has the most wonderful personality...calming,  caring, patient and listens and works along with his patients...He is turning me over to another Dr. in his office who also has an excellent reputation...but there will never be another Dr. C. ...I wanted to get him something so I ended up getting a Men's Pampering Kit, along with a special card with a heartfelt personal note that just about takes up the whole card, as you can imagine.  😄

Could you let me know how my text is coming out for you...Does it appear too small?....I have it on Font 2 and it is looking small on my end...I'm using a different browser.

Okay, I changed it to Font 3 and looking better.

Your font always seems to come through small to me.  Actually the one you're using now is a wee bit larger than previously.  What I'm using is the default, whatever size that is.  Yours appears a little smaller than this to me.

How sweet of you to get your retiring doctor a gift and card.  I wouldn't be surprised if he got a little weepy too.  He may just miss you as much as you miss him!

i use their default font bc u have to change it every single time

they should let u be able to change and save

who am i kidding... i still cant edit a post here (mac laptop)

as my eyesight is getting grrr - i use the 2 finger and enlarge the whole window

so i can read more easily

yes some things are get chopped off but it is onto next thread or whatever

were u rambling on the card to ur doc?
