I wish I could do more walking. I was so cold, hurting and worn out when we returned home. It was cloudy when we left and didn't take a jacket.

I am glad that you liked the lap desk. Mind is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. So thoughtful to order one for your daughter.

I don't have a kindle but probably will work with the lap desk.🤗🤗🤗

@cowboy sam : Hope you were able to rest and sleep last night after your busy day yesterday.

Bummer received email this morning that my laptop desk is delayed and no reason given. I hope the package will be delivered today. I have received emails from Walmart about delayed deliveries and item later received except for the kitchen aid mixer that I ordered for daughter earlier this year.❤❤🤗🤗

ai es terrible at keeping snacks at bay

weight has been creeping up.... a pound or 2 each year

maybe we all can do it together...

i gotta stop buying it... and i dont pour it into a small bowl

i lie to myself - i i will eat out of the bag - no dish to wash

and then the hand dips in over and over as i watch TV

it is terrible....

bc what can a small chip do? it is 1/2 a bag

i dont eat sweets like that - a brownie - 1 or 2 cookies - big scoop of ice cream

but the chips..... 

i will also vow to move more... i dont in the summer bc the heat kills me

now i dont have an excuse....

i wont weigh myself.... but will try to be good....

I ordered the bbq pork rinds for a zero carb snack and a good crunchy snack. The brand has the very small pork rinds like maybe 1\2 inch in size. They are in a round plastic container like 7 1\2 ounces. The serving size info listed : 15 pieces😮😮!!!?? But I count them out and put in a little bowl. I very slowly eat each one.  Previous would have easily consumed half of the container. One positive note : helps me drink more water.

Items that I can't eat just one will have to be kept off my shopping list.

I was going to buy a small bag--like the ones they have at the checkout--instead of a regular size, but the price for the tiny bag was almost the same as the regular size!😡

So of course I went back and bought the big bag...😩

Like @geezerette   only a few chips..buy bigger sized bag for same price...heck w/small bag for same price!

@Yahooey ...uh thought i would ever,ever say this   but....

the pumkin spice biscotti...i can't eat a full bar!  way to sweet/rich for my tummy!

Even the choc. pumpkin biscotti...break in half  and still to rich/sweet for me to eat maybe 1 bite  and put aside for next day!

ok..next opened turtle almand biscotti box broke off a small bite....it also tastes too sweet for me!

What is wrong with me?????

UPS man just delivered my"2" boxes of  hot Nestle dark choc cocoa mix packs-50 each in each box....ordered from Walmart other day.  I put  each box i n 2 empty plastic containers that had  peppermint soft puffs in.
