@Yahooey : Thanks . Just told to eat Greek  yogurt. I need to keep notes on everything that I have tried.. I was told to keep a food journal for two weeks on everything I eat and list the carbs, protein, fat and calories. Plus trying to decide what I can eat. This is time consuming. Yet she told me to stay busy and not think about food.😮😮😮

@cowboy sam : I do not like cottage cheese. Growing up watching Mom eating cottage cheese and sliced peaches, sometimes I had to go out of the room.

Good Morning Preds  Friends: Everyone busy looking or shopping on Amazon? What's on your list or in your shopping cart? Will you place your order today or wait until tomorrow hoping the price will decrease?I know too many questions this early.

The last three days put items in my shopping cart. I needed an item for our church Christmas auction next month and thought an egg cooker would be something different. Today , that price increased and had to select another one with lower price.I needed a small adjustable cabinet organizer for the kitchen plastic storage bags, foil and plastic wrap. That price increased. Decided that I needed a small portable counter top ice maker. I really wanted one that made the Sonic nugget ice but too expensive. Found one that made the pebble ice and that price increased. Are y'all dealing with the same issues? 🤗❤❤☕☕☕☕

I just looked on Walmart for all my items and Amazon price is good deal.

It sounds like Amazon Prime Days haven't been a very good deal for you so far.  Maybe tomorrow will be better?

I'm not a Prime member so I avoid Amazon on these sale days, knowing the site will be overcrowded and overwhelmed.

My niece's husband is a UPS driver.  I had wondered why they took a trip to Europe this week, but now I know--he was avoiding all the Prime deliveries! 😂  Of course the holiday rush will start soon...😮‍💨

I eat F a g e  0% Greek yogurt and like it.  (The forum censor won't let me type the name normally.😄)  It did take a while to get used to it.

I use it more as dressing or a substitute for sour cream, rather than eating it plain.  Although when my stomach is acting up I do eat it plain.

I know you're supposed to watch your carbs and sugar, but you might want to try the yogurt with a little fruit (I mix a little jam with mine as a dessert) or on a baked potato to help you get used to it.

Keep at it and a  lot of this will become normal and familiar.👍

@geezerette : I found something else. This has two baskets to cook two different items, at the same time.The basket divider can be removed creating a bigger basket. I am thinking more room to cook all my marinated chicken tenders. Decisions

Hi Y'all: Still researching trying to decide. I haven't done much prime day shopping and don't know if the prices are lower on the second day? DH just looking at me and shaking his head . I am watching YouTube and have read reviews on several different sites.
