Yikes!  That's incredible. 😳  I quit buying it when it went to $1.16.

I invested in a Brita filter pitcher and just fill it up from my tap.  It tastes just as good as the bottled water.  And it's much cheaper and a lot easier--no more lugging jugs of water every time I go shopping.  Plus I don't have to worry that the store might be out when I need it.

My husband landed in the hospital last night, too much bleeding from his procedure, and very low on sodium it showed, which was why he was feeling light headed.  Good we brought him in last night, the low sodium was very close to severe and that could have been really bad, he's coming home tomorrow, glad he's being taken care of now. He sure has had a lot of set backs since his procedure Sept. 20th. Hopefully now he can heal.

Good Morning Y'all: I have been busy doing research on healthier foods for me and especially for easy, filling and quick meals.Salads taste so much  better prepared with fresh lettuce and other stuff instead of the bagged salads but time consuming. I used my egg cooker to prepare my eggs. It's time to order more produce and chicken. I have really cut back on the sweets and junk food. Still struggling to drink more water but so far consuming 4 glasses per day. I haven't enjoyed my cappuccino coffee in two days.

No food after 8 p.m. But my 7p.m. snack not really low carb but better than candy, cookies or chips. I have been eating microwave popcorn without any salt , butter or white cheddar cheese. It's easier to chew and much cheaper.

Haven't started any exercise. My whole body has really been hurting the last two weeks. I decided a few changes are better than nothing.

@Yahooey : Thanks. Already consumed 1\2 glass of water.

I made me a up of coffee using DH k cup he left in the brewer. To my mug: I added one scoop of my cappuccino mix. Not bad. I am slowly sipping to make it last.

Breakfast was two scramble eggs with a pat of butter and a slice of cheese. This was a big change because since the laundry closet project have been consuming one of the big muffins purchased from Sam's. My normal breakfast was regular oatmeal prepared with water and a teaspoon of blueberries and walnuts, need to change because oatmeal has a lot of carbs.

DH gave me a bottle of Antarctic krill oil to try for my body aches and stated it really helped his fibro. I started taking it on Monday.
