Good morning y'all: Currently 88 with forecast high of 102. Found out that friend from Alabama making a short visit today. Since it was so hot ,only made brownies then used my cup cake maker to make the lemon pound cake cup cakes.

Morning started out with hearing in my bathroom sounds like water running in the walls. Not the sink or toilet. Hot water heater sounds like on more often. Called the plumber and will be here after lunch cause currently installing hot water heater. Hope y'alls weekend is cooler and having fun.🤗🤗❤❤❤

Morning everyone

My 2 nieces got to see Taylor last night - no rain - great temps - had the time of their lives - after the failed tickets 2 weeks ago - finally secured tix through a 3rd party - downloaded tix but you never know if you can get in - the site will refund the money but still.....  after not receiving any word - i was scared that they were denied entrance - bad cell service and didnt try again in order to conserve battery life and take more pics and videos - when they were sent this morning - made my heart sing off key and i couldnt sttop smiling....

dis made me cry - ugly cry but i wanted to share .... written by pancake's daughter -

@Yahooey ...Awww, okay....Well I don't think any of us look very "purdy" when having a good cry, even JLO...lol....What a very thoughtful, appreciative and loving niece you have, as well as her being blessed with such a very loving and generous Aunt.

when u have pancake as a mom - it is hard

always critical - none of her accomplishments were well thought of

i have told her how proud i am of her -

i know she is 50 but it is nice to be acknowledged 

i dont have kids and when the deal fell through -

both were disappointed - my younger niece was able to shell out $$ for the tix and my old niece was going to pick up the rest including air/hotel

i was with older niece to pu my blueberries when she said she was checking all options and it was getting difficult and prices getting higher

i just said - i will cover up to $$ for the tix for both of u

nothing was said to younger niece - bc didnt want to raise her hopes

she was checking like a crazy person - every 1/2 hr on stub hub

when finally something came up and she was able to download the tix

younger niece was told - that was Monday night 8pm

the air and hotel was never canceld - last day was monday to get $$ back

it all worked out - it really makes me so happy

cuz years from now - they will look back - remember when Aunt Yahooey did that

i want it to be wonderful memories

older niece was generaous to treat young one ....

i'm now tearing up as i write this.... we have a very small family 

i had such a blast in seattle and i wanted the same for the young one

by the way she was belting out You Belong to Me with the biggest smile -

with the taylor signature heart gesture

i took a screenshot - fiddled with it so not to expose her identitiy

@Yahooey ...Your Niece is absolutely stunning, as I am sure her Aunt Yahooey is also....beautiful family!,,,,That is a great screenshot of her and how it must have filled your heart to see her singing her heart out and enjoying the concert so much all due to the generosity and love of her Aunt Yahooey...Your post is making me tear up along with you.
